I practice sports since I was litte and, since then I've developed this passion. I started studying in 2011 and finished my bachelor's degree, in Sports, Physical Condition and Fitness, in 2014. Since then I've studied Personal Training, Cross Training and Nutrition. I've worked abroad and made friends all over the world. Grab some ideas for your cardio sessions.
I love a good circuit 😁 makes my heart pump faster and burn good calories 😉

Chose your intensity (Beginner or Advanced) and work from there. Respect the rest phase and kick strong on work phase!!

Hope your taking care of yourself and keeping that body moving 💪

For you that need extra inspiration to move that butt or don't know what do to, I leave here a circuit to work glutes and lower back.

Make sure you control each rep and hold the squeeze on the gluteus for at least 5 secs. Imagine you have an egg between the buttchicks and you wanna break that egg 😁😉

Work on both legs cause you don't wanna have a butt bigger than the other! 😅😅

Always look for professional help if you don't know your body or you aren't used to exercise.
Do this circuit for 3 rounds and your done! 💪
