Cada aula tem a duraรงรฃo mรฉdia de 90 minutos. O local inicial para a realizaรงรฃo das aulas รฉ a Praia da Rocha, salvo nรฃo existir condiรงรตes meteorolรณgicas (ondas, vento forte...) razoรกveis ou adequadas ao nรญvel dos alunos. Neste caso as aulas sรฃo deslocadas sem custos adicionais para outras praias da costa sul ou oeste, com excepรงรฃo das turmas onde os alunos tรชm apenas uma aula por dia. Ainda poderemos optar por aulas teรณricas e visionar vรญdeos se as condiรงรตes estiverem impraticรกveis em todo lado. Cada dia de surf implica 2 aulas, no caso de fazer 2 x por semana. No intervalo das aulas aproveitamos para comer, conviver, praticar outros desportos ou simplesmente descansar e usufruir da praia

Each lesson has an average duration of 90 minutes. The classes take place where the best conditions are according to the students skills, goals and meteorological conditions, which usually means, for example beginner students: surf action in the west coast by spring and summer time and in the south coast by autumn and winter time. Each surf day trip means two classes (morning and afternoon) with surf / bodyboard teacher, full equipment and transportation. Between classes youยดll have more or less 1.5 hours of free time to enjoy the place as you wish.

She had never surfed before. She came to us, committed to five days in the ocean, and look at her now: standing up on a wave!

This is what we love about teaching surfing at Future Eco Surf. Every student starts somewhere, and with the right guidance, practice, and a little courage, those first wobbly moments can turn into something truly special.

One lesson gives you a taste of surfing. A few days in a row give you the chance to build confidence, improve your skills, and really feel your progress.

Thereโ€™s something beautifully different about longboarding.

Itโ€™s not about rushing to the next manoeuvre or chasing the biggest wave. Itโ€™s about timing, balance, patience and flow. Walking towards the nose, feeling the board beneath your feet, finding that perfect moment when you and the wave seem to move as one.

A good longboarder doesnโ€™t fight the ocean. They listen to it.
