Vishnu's couch is a pose you can try safely at home, even as complete beginners, and here we show you how 😉👌
Key points of the pose:
👉 Flyer keeps an active position the whole time, with hips going towards the sky (or ceiling or whatever is above your heads) 🌟
👉 Base "levers" the legs to get in and out of the pose (check slow mo entrance)
👉 Hands are for safety and comfort, but legs do most of the work 🦵🏋️♀️
