The French term for cycle logistics was just voted word of the year by the Commission for the Enrichment of the French Language! Cargo bikes and cycle logistics are becoming mainstream in France, with countless initiatives, manufacturers and companies associated with the best way of getting goods from A to B in cities; and this is just another sign of that trend.

𝘊𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦 won a poll to elect the term of the year, in which voters chose between 10 words, pre-selected from the 243 added to the French language in 2025. 30% of the vote went to what the commission called, "A transparent term, constructed with a prefix ("cyclo-") understandable to all, whose victory testifies to a shared desire to live in more sustainable cities!"
