I taught my 2024th Yoga class in 2024. Thank you to all those who have been on this ride with me. It has been nothing short of deeply rewarding. 🫶

The practice of peace is first led by deep humility and gratitude for ancient teachings that are here to guide us toward the lightness of being. If you are not humbled on the daily, the ego will most likely take over. I believe spiritual alignment creates abundance. And when practicing your sankalpa - “peace is my true nature” rather than “I want peace in my life”, you connect to the Universal subconscious that will eventually lead you to the heart of all hearts. You can study all of the texts known to man-kind but at the end of the day, if you don’t practice what you preach, you are but an empty shell. Honor your truth and keep practicing.
