We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the 4th edition of Women & Wealth, an inspiring event organized by Portuguese Women in Tech.
Our space was packed with women ready to talk openly about money, investments and career growth. We looked at everything, from building long-term portfolios and negotiating compensation packages, to how mothers shape the financial literacy of the next generation. It was a day full of practical advice and honest conversations.
A huge thank you to all the incredible speakers who shared their time, expertise and insights.

Yesterday was a day full of conversations, ideas, questions and different perspectives around a topic that’s shaping the way we work and build.
Blip AI Day brought together workshops, AI Stories from different teams, a webinar with Rui Machado and the closing ceremony of the second edition of Blip Labs, our hacking challenge focused on exploring new ideas and pushing projects further.
People sharing things they’re testing, things that worked, things that didn’t and a lot of curiosity in between. 🎯
A little bit of rain wasn't going to stop us 💪
Last Saturday, two Blip teams participated in the Welcome Cup, a tournament where company teams and local communities play alongside with young migrants and refugees who are building new lives here. Instead of just playing against each other, the squads were completely mixed, so we spent the morning as teammates on the pitch and getting to know each other over a game of football.
A huge thank you to Blippers who came out to play and to all the other teams for making it such a fun morning. ⚽

Before we called it home, this space was a car garage. After years of standing empty, we stepped in to write the next chapter, in 2016. We kept the 20th-century heritage on the outside, but flipped the interior into a high-performance tech hub.
Classic on the outside, the future on the inside. 🙌
Last week, 85 Blippers traded the desks for paintbrushes and toolkits. 🎨
We spent two Social Days at APPACDM DO PORTO working together to refresh a space that supports over 750 people in our community. No meetings or e-mails, just a lot of hard work to make the environment better for the people who actually live and work there.
Seeing the physical change was great, but the energy of the team was even better. Proud of everyone who showed up to make this happen. 💙
