Feliz Dia da Criança a todos os nossos pequenos atletas.

Numa altura em que os ecrãs ocupam cada vez mais espaço no dia a dia, é um privilégio ver crianças a correr, saltar, brincar, aprender e crescer através do movimento.

No OPO acreditamos que o desporto é muito mais do que exercício físico. É confiança, disciplina, amizade, trabalho de equipa e momentos que ficam para a vida.

Um obrigado especial aos pais que escolhem proporcionar estas experiências aos seus filhos e que investem na sua saúde, bem-estar e desenvolvimento.

Esperamos continuar a ver estas caras felizes, esta energia contagiante e cada vez mais crianças a descobrir o prazer de se movimentarem e divertirem-se juntas.

Hoje é o dia deles.
Que sejam crianças. Que sejam felizes. Que corram, saltem, brinquem e aproveitem cada momento.

CHILDREN’S DAY 🤍

Happy Children’s Day to all our young athletes.

At a time when screens take up more and more space in everyday life, it’s a privilege to see children running, jumping, playing, learning and growing through movement.

At OPO, we believe sport is much more than physical exercise. It’s confidence, discipline, friendship, teamwork and memories that last a lifetime.

A special thank you to all the parents who choose to provide these experiences for their children and invest in their health, well-being and development.

We hope to keep seeing these happy faces, this contagious energy and even more children discovering the joy of moving and having fun together.

Today is their day.
Let them be children. Let them be happy. Let them run, jump, play and enjoy every moment.

Há uma semana estávamos assim.

Cheios de energia, prontos para enfrentar 5 WODs, apoiar os nossos parceiros e participar naquele que é o evento mais aguardado do verão no OPO.

Entre esforço, gargalhadas, competição saudável e muito espírito de equipa, passou num instante.

Agora ficam as fotografias, as memórias e aquela sensação estranha de que ainda falta um ano para o próximo.

Mas uma coisa é certa: valeu a pena cada segundo.

Até para o ano, SummerSlam. 💛

One week ago, this was us.

Full of energy, ready to take on 5 WODs, support our partners and be part of what is, for many, the most anticipated event of the summer at OPO.

Between effort, laughter, friendly competition and an incredible team spirit, it all went by in a flash.

Now we’re left with the photos, the memories and that strange feeling that the next one is still a year away.

But one thing is certain: every second was worth it.

O SummerSlam voltou exatamente como devia voltar: cheio de energia, competição saudável e pessoas que vivem o CrossFit da forma certa.

Mais do que resultados, vimos equipa.
Mais do que performance, vimos comunidade.

Atletas, coaches, amigos, família, apoio em cada repetição e uma box inteira a puxar para o mesmo lado. É isso que faz da família OPO algo diferente desde 2013.

Obrigado a todos os que participaram, ajudaram, apoiaram e fizeram deste dia aquilo que ele foi: inesquecível.

SummerSlam came back exactly the way it should: full of energy, healthy competition and people who truly live CrossFit the right way.

More than results, we saw teamwork.
More than performance, we saw community.

Athletes, coaches, friends, family, support in every rep and an entire box pushing together. That’s what has made the OPO family different since 2013.

Thank you to everyone who participated, helped, supported and made this day what it was: unforgettable.
