It doesn't end here!

Six days of VITAMIN D '26 — and we're leaving with a lot to carry forward.

A huge thank you to Ginásio Clube Português for welcoming us so warmly into its incredible historic building, giving us such a beautiful space to work in — and, quite literally, keeping us warm for our classes. 😜

To our entire artistic team, who poured their hearts into these days and gave so much to every class, correction, conversation and moment shared in and out of the studio.

To Safersox, for taking care of our dancers one foot at a time.

And most of all, to our dancers.

Thank you for showing up with openness, commitment and a willingness to work. Watching the way you changed throughout these days — the way you started to vibrate differently in the space, in your movement and in your presence — is exactly why we do this.

To all the parents, teachers and dance communities behind these young artists: thank you for the work you do every day. We know that these experiences only become possible because there is a whole community supporting the dancer behind them.

Together, we keep strengthening the dance scene in Portugal and connecting it to the wider European dance community.

VITAMIN D '26 may be over.

But it doesn't end here.

Quatro dias de dança, descoberta e criação.

Para alguns, foi a primeira experiência num intensivo. Para todos, foram quatro dias de aprender, experimentar, desafiar-se, criar e partilhar uma experiência única com outros bailarinos.

Foi assim o primeiro VITAMINI '26.

E não podíamos estar mais felizes por termos começado assim. ❤️

VITAMIN D '26 We have a SURPRISE for you!

Sofia Loureiro is a versatile artist with a career spanning dance, musical theatre, opera, commercial work and choreography. Sofia has performed across very different stages and contexts.

Trained in Portugal and at Northern Ballet School in Manchester, her work includes collaborations with Teatro Nacional de São Carlos, Vortice Dance Company, Filipe La Féria, Força de Produção and a wide range of contemporary and commercial projects.

Alongside her performing career, Sofia works as a choreographer and teacher, developing projects across dance and musical theatre.

For VITAMIN D, we are excited to welcome Sofia as our Stage Lab artist — a space to explore the tools that bring movement to life on stage.

Ontem foi o primeiro dia do VITAMINI '26 — quatro dias para descobrir, experimentar e crescer através da dança!

Um agradecimento especial ao Ginásio Clube Português por receber calorosamente os mais pequenos no seu edifício histórico e por nos proporcionar um espaço tão especial para esta primeira experiência intensiva de verão.

Agora começa a aventura.

VITAMIN D '26 is officially underway — six days of dance, learning and being together in Lisbon.
