A little over two years ago, we moved to Portugal - me, my husband, and our cat.
Moving to a new country isn’t easy, but it was full of excitement and new beginnings.
Exactly one year ago, I started my journey here as a trainer 💛
From Move Your Body, to Kangoo Jump, to HIIT and functional training, and finally B***y & Abs, it’s been an amazing year full of growth, energy, and learning.
Thank you to everyone who trained with me this past year and trusted me with their bodies, it truly means the world!
