Use as a warm up or add sets and timer for fitness after you play. All relates to strengthening your on court speed and initial push off.

1. 2 footed jumps and step overs
2. Step overs and sprint start
3. On off line split steps
4. On off the line alternates
5. Forward step over with sprint start
6. Double foot jumps with step over and sprint start

Have you ever tried holding your volley grip higher up the handle? About a 1/3 of the way up?

Recently I've noticed Sinner and Nadal holding the grip really high on the volley. As kids starting out it's great as it gives them a stronger wrist. The same concept can be applied at all levels. But what about creating angles off the volley? Would be difficult with the grip high 🙄

Was great to represent Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis in the team regionals this weekend 👍. Just a couple of shots 😉.

Although 1 of the matches I won very easily my performance was poor and its a massive reminder that even if you beat someone 0-0 or even get beaten 0-0 the most important thing is you come away feeling you have been present on the court and your performance was good.

The score is irrelevant if you have played to your level and you feel you've given 100% 👍

The single handed backhand 👊

Some foundations for the single handed backhand. Make sure the grip is on bevel 1, 1 bevel left of continental for right handers 👍.

Slo mo and some normal speed as well.
