I know we've been a bit quiet around here, but classes never stopped! 🧘‍♀️

The schedule is still being finalized, but for now classes are held in the morning, at 10h.

And yes my lovely Portuguese people, classes are taught (yet) in English — but don't let that stop you. Yoga speaks a lot through body language, and I always have wonderful "groupie translators" 😊 ready to help in class.
