Since I can remember,
I love sitting in a field of flowers,
forgetting the time,
merging with the beauty of nature.
This fairy part of me is still alive
somewhere within.

which called me to leading the life
we've created over the last 8 years.

About ten years ago,
I began asking myself:

What do I need to feel good and alive?

What do our children need?

What do our relationships need in order to thrive?

What does this world need to heal?

The answer to all of it was "CONNECTION!".

Modern society is a master of separation.

That's why we began a major transition and moved to Portugal in 2017 — to create our own reality:
a grounded life in nature, together,
more truthful and deeply connected.

CONNECTION has remained the central theme of my work with people and horses in our retreats, because for me, it is the key to healing.
