Sintra Trail Runners

Last weekend we had 3 of the team at MIUT Madeira Island Ultra Trail and 1 in Japan at the Mt Fuji Ultra Trail 🤩 (Mt Fuji Kai 70). Some big races with big elevation 💪🙌 Amazing efforts by all! MIUT 2024 💪 It was a weekend for the girls and they absolutely loved tackling these grueling trails. Claire and Louise conquering the brutal 60km (with Claire 1stF50 🤩) and Lisa & Asia the 42km (Lisa 3rd in F45). MIUT lives up to the hype! Amazing trails and fantastic event.

Impressive effort from at the Skyrunning World Champs last weekend. 37km 2000D+ Not the race he had hoped for, taking a wrong turn & a fall, but the true sportsman he is he was determined to finish the race 💪

Well done to Max, Seb, Esther & Lynne! Last weekend we had three 1st place in age category achievements at the Sintra Trail Cruz Alta! 💪 (Unfortunately don’t have photos of all) A great local race in our backyard, next year we will be back in full force 😁

Sciacchetrail Cinque Terre 48km 2600D+ What a dream race! Taking STR to Italy 💪 All three completed and thoroughly enjoyed this tough but incredible race. The views alone were enough to get us to the finish line but the wonderful organisers & volunteers made it extra special. Highly recommend this one! #💪

Well done !! 👏💪😁 Representing STR in the UK at the BB Kong Fell race in Threlkeld, Lakes District. 6th overall and 1st V40! Whoop!! 🎉

Another great weekend of racing for Sintra Trail Runners. We had five competitors from STR taking on the Corrida Fim Da Europa, a 17km race across Sintra Cascais Natural Park (unfortunately not photos of everyone) and three heading up for Trilhos dos Abutres, 32km with 1600mD+ in the beautiful trails around Miranda do Corvo.
