Edgaras Riabko takes pole for tomorrow's Grand Prix of Italy.

The championship leader edged out Nelson Morin by just 0.221 in a tight top five, with Mathilda Wiberg, Hilmer Wiberg and Peter Morin rounding out the Q3 group.

Giacomo Sacchi's session tells a different story. Fastest in Q1, still on pace through Q2, then a dramatic drop to 6th in Q3 after just three laps, 6.960 off pole.

Free practice done and dusted at San Nazzaro.

Giacomo Sacchi tops the times on 46.561, with Nelson Morin second just 0.315 back. Championship leader Edgaras Riabko settles for seventh, 1.126 off the pace.

Britain's Owen Jelf was fourth fastest with an impressive 47.212.

Worth noting: the course is set up slightly differently to last year, so direct lap comparisons come with a pinch of salt.
