Join Amy Richards for Sculpt Yoga tonight (Monday) at 6:00 for the Strength class and tomorrow evening at 4:30 for Power Flow 💪🏼🧘‍♀️. Our physical focus this week will be on balance, which definitely uses lots of core strength. Message us if you want the zoom link.

Here Henson is demonstrating down-dog pose. To get in this pose hands are at the front of your mat shoulder-width distance apart, feet are at the back of the mat hip-width distance, with hips lifting toward the sky. Option to wag your tail to find your fullest expression.

Hope to see you on the mat 🙏🏼

Did someone say yoga?!?!
Join Amy Richards at 6:00 Monday evening for the Strength class (yoga + HIIT), and 4:30 on Tuesday for a Power Vinyasa Flow. Our physical focus this week will be keeping the knee in line with the second toe, which means it will be LEG DAY! As always, different options will be given for the exercises and you get to choose the pace and intensity level.

Message us if you want the zoom link. Hope to see you on the mat 🙏🏼

There is a new member of the Uresti family. She is already helping mom in her seated poses. Soon Henson will have to show her the doggy yoga ropes. Hope everyone enjoys the day off and we will see you on the mat tomorrow and Thursday.

Hey Sculpt Yoga, there will be NO CLASS MONDAY (enjoy President's Day)! But join Amy Richards for class on Tuesday at 4:30 for a Vinyasa Flow, where our physical focus will be lengthening our necks. Just message us to get the zoom link!

In the meantime, Henson wanted you to practice his favorite pose: Supported Wheelbarrow Pose. To get into this, start on your couch, cushion, or bed and begin walking your front paws onto the floor. Hold with your front paws directly under your shoulders, and your back legs stretched out behind you on your cushion. Stay as long as you would like as it's a fantastic posture to keep an eye on all of your humans while you get some great lengthening in your back and hips, and feel free to wag your tail to add some movement to this posture 💗

Hanson takes his savasana very seriously.

Amy and Alicia were having some fun with their poses over the weekend. From wedding dress shops to some hands on pet assistance. How do you zen?

There are new mask mandates starting next week. We will still continue to have zoom options as well as continuing to limit in person classes and practice social distancing. If you have any additional questions about Covid-19 protocols please message us!
