We say the comfort zone is a silent killer!

Half Term is coming up and it frees up the club to run some bespoke classes.

On the week 25th October we will be running a beginner program that will help boost your confidence and give you the basics to join in any of our other classes. This is opened up t members and none members. Details in the poster, please contact us if you want to do something new..

We are thrilled to be back at Parkhouse, this school helped launch the Club back in 2021, so to be finally back and given the opportunity to work with the wonderful students and staff again excites us.

Thank you to the leadership and everyone involved , we will not let you down.

Time to show the people of PHES the incredible benefits of learning how to Box, for fitness, fun and who’s knows maybe competing.

🍏 Beginners Boxing Program Launch 🚀

Our next enrolment for adult beginners is opening and will start on Saturday 10th October at 6pm.

You will learn how to box across 6 weeks of training, you will gain the confidence to attend any class as well as meeting some cool people to train with.

Perfect if you are new to town, want to learn a new sport or even just want a distraction whilst getting fit.

Those enrolled will also enjoy all access to all classes at our sister studio FITHAUS

To enrol reach out, only 10 spaces on the course and if like previous courses it will fill very quickly.

Any queries about the program please ask away.

Did you know you can compete in an amateur boxing event upto the age of 40 ?

So if you never boxed before and closing in on 40 maybe this is the next big challenge for you.

Maybe you just want to finally learn how to fight so you can defend yourself at all times ?

Either way we have boxing classes for adults from complete beginner up to competitive fighters.
