I am proud to officially introduce One tree per fan (OTPF), a global environmental initiative under the vision of SECOTO — Sustainable Environmental Conservation Tournament, founded by Patience Shumbusho

Our mission is to connect the power of sports, culture, entertainment and digital influence with environmental conservation. We believe that every fan, athlete, artist, creator and public figure can inspire positive action for our planet.

🌱 Introducing the One Tree Per Fan Green Awards, designed to recognize and celebrate those who use their influence, talent, leadership and communities to support environmental conservation and climate action.

🏆 The Green Awards will recognize contributions across six categories:

⚽ Sports Clubs Green Award — Celebrating sports clubs that champion environmental sustainability.

🏃 Individual Athlete Green Award — Recognizing athletes who inspire climate action and environmental responsibility.

📣 Fan Clubs Green Award — Honoring organized fan communities that mobilize supporters for a greener planet.

🌳 Individual Fan Green Award — Celebrating fans who turn their passion for sports into meaningful environmental action.

🎤 Artists & Musicians Green Award — Recognizing creative voices that use music, art and entertainment to inspire a culture of conservation.

📱 Social Media Influencers & Content Creators Green Award — Celebrating digital voices that use their platforms to raise environmental awareness and encourage positive action.

🎬 Actors & Entertainment Personalities Green Award — Honoring individuals in film, television and entertainment who champion sustainability and conservation.

Our vision is simple: to make environmental action part of the global fan culture — where supporting your team, celebrating your favourite artist and engaging online can also mean supporting our planet.
