Transformational Life & Executive Coaching

The past days reminded me how human we all are.

When the recent events in the World unfolded, I have to admit — at first I was petrified. For a few days my nervous system was in fear and uncertainty, and my mind was racing with questions and scenarios.

Instead of forcing myself to “be strong,” I chose compassion. I slowed down, gave myself space, listened to my intuition, and slowly began to come back to myself.
Because resilience is not about pretending everything is fine.
It is about allowing ourselves to feel, to process, and then gently rising again.

If you are feeling fear, uncertainty, confusion or overwhelm, know that it is okay. Take the time you need, follow your heart and intuition, and do what feels right for you and your family.
And if you need support, ask for it.

I also want to say that I am forever grateful to Qatar — a country that has given us safety, stability and a sense of home for many years.
Qatar in our hearts, forever 🇶🇦✨

Slow down. Seek stillness. See clearly.
Where am I going from here?

Slowing down is not losing momentum — it’s gaining clarity.
When we pause, we see where we truly stand and what we truly need. Sometimes, if we don’t slow down, life slows us down. My knee surgery reminded me of that. I returned to my projects almost immediately — supporting clients & facilitating transformations — until one quiet morning reflection made it clear: I needed to slow down & give myself the space to heal properly and restore my energy.

I am enrolling only few new 1-2-1 clients in March — intentionally creating space to slow down, reflect, and work deeply with those who are ready for real transformation.

Enough is Enough.
No more overgiving. No more pleasing. No more shrinking.
For people who feel entitled to your love, time, energy, or money—nothing you do will ever be enough.
Choose yourself. You are enough. And that is freedom. ✨ ✨

I didn’t realize I was living on autopilot… until I wasn’t anymore.
I was achieving, ticking boxes, performing well… but disconnected from myself.
Decisions were automatic. Boundaries blurred. I was functioning, not fully living.
Everything changed when I was coached—and later, when I chose to become a coach myself.
Through coaching, I developed self-awareness:
✨ Noticing my patterns and triggers
✨ Understanding what drives me—and what drains me
✨ Releasing what no longer served me
✨ Choosing alignment over approval
Self-awareness didn’t make life perfect—but it made it honest, lighter, and intentional.
Curious to explore this for yourself?
✨ Imagine understanding your patterns, your drivers, and what’s holding you back.
✨ Imagine moving from autopilot to intentional, aligned action—personally and professionally.

And just like that, 2025 is coming to an end ✨

This time of year often pulls us straight into planning, goal-setting, and “what’s next.” But before we rush ahead, I’d love to invite you to pause for a moment… and look back.

Recently, I finished reading The Gap and The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy, and it reminded me that success isn’t about perfection or what’s missing (the gap)—it’s about recognising how far we’ve come (the gain) and celebrating our progress.

As I reflect on the year, I’m asking myself… Where was I a year ago, and how far have I come? Earning my ICF PCC accreditation, facilitating coaching and leadership trainings, delivering training in new countries, mentoring coaches, building new collaborations, coaching and supporting the transformation of my clients, continuously investing in my personal & professional development, meaningful solitudes, enjoying beautiful moments with family and friends, sunrises, sunsets, holidays and meeting incredible people along the way—My 2025 gains!

When you reflect on your year — what does success look like for you?
Before setting intentions for the next chapter, let’s honour the progress already made.

💬 What is one gain you’re proud of this year?
I’d love to read it in the comments.

It’s OK to ask for support!

Lifelong learning has always been my motto. From formal education to additional certifications, accreditations, training courses, seminars, workshops, masterclasses and countless books I’ve never stopped learning — the world keeps changing, and so do I.
And even as a professional coach, I still turn to my own executive coach when I need support. Growth doesn’t really have a finish line.

What often stops leaders from asking for support is fear — fear of appearing weak or less competent. Yet, the strongest leaders I know are those who ask for help, stay curious, and remain open to new perspectives.

No matter where you are on the leadership journey, it’s absolutely okay to ask for support — to reach out to a mentor, coach, or consultant. True leadership is reflected in the willingness to learn, adapt, and grow — to lead transformation, starting from within.

Today, I had the incredible privilege of sharing my journey of living in Qatar for 15 transformative years—a journey that reshaped my life, my vision, and my purpose. This project gave me the honor of representing my beloved homeland, North Macedonia, while celebrating the country that has been my home, Qatar.
A fascinating project in the making, and I am pleased to be part of it! Stay tuned for more!

And just a reminder: Your Life, Your Story: Write It Boldly! We are all responsible for our own narratives, and it’s never too late to take the pen in our hands.

Leadership isn’t limited to job roles or hierarchy. You're a leader when you choose to rise with grace, to lead your life with integrity, to inspire your partner, your children, your team, or even a stranger — just by being you.

Leadership is how you show up — for yourself, and others.
We’re all carrying something. Silent battles. Quiet struggles. Heavy days. But kindness? That’s something we can all afford to give — to ourselves and others, even when life gets hard.

If it feels hard to stay grounded, kind, and content through it all — let’s talk.
You don’t have to hold it all alone.
