Here it is, the schedule will run till the Christmas vacation. We are really happy with the offering , 3 classes in the AM, 4 in the 4pm and something for everyone at the weekends.
Plan your week accordingly and let’s get going.
I think the 5am is gonna catch fire as it means most people can get it in before work or school, leaving the rest of the afternoon and evening for you, friends and family.

The program will run across 6 Days
Sunday - Upper strength Single & Double
Monday - Double Complex conditioning & core
Wednesday- Lower strength Single & Double
Thursday - Single Complex conditioning & core
Fri or Sat - Doubles Complex/Ladder/Amrap/Emom
The fundamentals of the program are strength bias with lots of functional movement not only building muscle and burning fat but strengthening of ligaments, tendons, improving the stability of joints and overall body strength.
Progressive ~ Simple ~ effective
Beginners will be given free workshops to learn how to do the basics with development in each class skills to further improve your workout knowledge which will stay with you forever.
Starts Sunday with one early morning class 5am or late afternoon 5:30

School is almost back in session, as we all flock back into country take a couple of days to adjust.
In this order:
Sleep ~ Food ~ Work Routine ~ Family commitments then Gym 👊🏽
Don’t think it can all be switched on in one day, go easy on yourself.. small steps = sustainable
