*Pre Summer Challenge 2026*

Last years uptake and results where incredible and a lot of those who started with us last year have now completely changed old habits for new healthier ones.

It was the small changes that added up and now the benefits are more permanent.

⚡️ Get fitter , stronger, leaner & more focused than even in our 7 week challenge.

Those wanting to join this year have till May 1st to register after that total focus from the coaches will be on those in the group.

For something to change, action and accountability needs to happen. Let’s do it together 👊🏽

“Do not undo all that you have become this year on one week of eating and drinking like a dork !

Self sabotage at its finest ~ if you plan on enjoying the holidays then also plan on a little bit of training and plenty of walking and playing too.

Hotel, backyard, living room, fields behind your house. Anywhere anytime you can get something done.

Have a great trip, but be ready to to continue this journey with no setbacks 💪🏽
