Yesterday was a tough one. Great Britain bought the heat and we couldn't give it back. One of those games where everything goes right for one, and not so much the other.
This is sport!!

Well done to GB - they've done so well to get back to World Champs after being out since 2013!! Good luck for the rest of the games!!

To my team - onwards and upwards. Our journey doesn't end here, simply a bump in the road. Heads up, and bring on the rest of the tournament. Wouldn't want to do this with anyone elseā¤ļø

6months post baby Joshi arrived. All the dry land training has come along nicely and I feel I am getting good gains in.

My love hate relationship with the pool took a hit after Josh arrived. I just couldn't bear the thought of getting into my costume.

However I've found my passion again and here we go again!!
