This program is a high-volume resistance session designed to give your muscles the ultimate pump through focused isolation exercises.
Each session targets either upper or lower body muscle groups, helping you build strength, improve muscular endurance, and feel the burn where it counts.

CARDIO SUMMIT 🏔️🔥
CARDIO SUMMIT is BFT’s aerobic conditioning program focused on endurance, pacing, and sustained performance.
Through longer work intervals and controlled intensity, members build cardiovascular fitness, improve recovery capacity, and develop a stronger aerobic engine. 🫀⚡️
Unlike max-effort HIIT sessions, SUMMIT focuses on sustained effort, smart pacing, and controlled intensity over longer work periods. The goal is to keep members working hard without constantly redlining. 💪
