Feels good to be back on plan.
I have been asked multiple times why I have a coach as a coach..
Holding myself accountable is something I have never been very good at.
Yes I could structure myself a training plan and tailor my macros to my goals.
But would I stick to it?..
Truthfully no.
Having a coach there to check in with week in week out. Tracking all the steps of the process, picking you up if you fall off the wagon & supporting you throughout is the best way to stay on track, especially if you are working towards specific goals.
I’m feeling very determined for this next phase 🚀
