Youth Hub Romanian Angel Appeal

Do you know what's better than organising a youth exchange? Participating in one.✨ These days 7 participants from the hub are attending a youth exchange in Italy. They are spending 10 days in nature, exploring the connection between souls, bodies and natural environment.

⚠️ We're looking for young participants for a youth exchange this August!

If you're passionate about the environment, hiking, nature, and open to new experiences, we have a summer challenge for you!

"Bodies, Souls, and Minds in Nature" immerses you in the natural world for 10 days, engaging you in environmental activities such as:

•⁠ ⁠Hiking;
•⁠ ⁠Tending to a vegetable garden and community orchard;
•⁠ ⁠Non-formal education workshops on nature, sports, and mindfulness;
•⁠ ⁠Caring for the organization’s four donkeys;
•⁠ ⁠Cooking together using organic produce from the garden;

You'll return home with new friends from Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. To complete the experience, accommodations will be in tents!

📅 Dates: August 24 - September 4, 2024
📍 Location: Cascina Rapello, Aizurro (Airuno, LC), Lombardy, Italy
👥 Age group: 14-18 years

In this project, we will create a community garden. This new green space will be our new hosting site for workshops, events and gatherings. 🪴

Another week, another day and different activities 🥰

Our week was just overflowing with so many different things going on🕥

✔️We’ve had our weekly workshops from Laboratory of Joy
✔️Our hub was filled with lots of creative minds (music, photo&video editing, sewing, theatre)
✔️Lots and lots of youth joined us

Overall, our week was colourful, creative, and full of people

Love is in the air 🥰

Valentine’s Day is a day of love for everyone not only couples 😂 Our love is when we see our youth enjoying themselves at our workshops ✨

This time they were having so much fun learning different theatrical techniques and overcoming their fear of public performance 🎭

Laboratory for initiative and joy is a project implemented by RAA with the support from European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.

We are announcing a series of different workshops on 5 different topics: Dance🕺🏼 Music🪕 Photo&Video📹 Theatre🎭 Upcycled Fashion✂️ and of course at the end a FESTIVAL.

You may participate if you are between the ages of 15-27.
