In this very first post on this page, I will be breaking down the equation of muscle building and strength gaining:
In order to start the change in your body, you have to create a new environment for your body that is different than the current one you are in right now, you can do that by:
❗️incorporating 3x weekly training sessions (or more).
❗️secondly: start slightly and gradually increasing your food intake/calorie intake per day.
what will happen Is that the body will adapt to those changes and shape itself to fit in this new environment that you created for it (Get Bigger)
now theoretically it sounds easy peasy, but when it comes to taking action you might face challenges and that's exactly why I created this page, to help you guys tackle them and keep building muscle along the way!
