Each Christmas, I make it a priority to give back. In previous years, I have provided warm clothing to people experiencing homelessness.
This year, I chose to take a different approach.
Christmas is a time for family, togetherness, and sharing meals. I kept thinking about families who cannot enjoy these moments, especially parents concerned about providing a Christmas meal. This year, I decided to support families in need by providing food. What happened next deeply moved me.
A man with a large family called me after receiving the food. He was in tears and shared that he had prayed earlier, asking for help to feed his family this Christmas. He expressed deep gratitude. After our conversation, I was moved to tears as well. This experience reminded me of the profound impact even small acts of kindness can have.
This Christmas, I encourage both individuals and organisations to reach out to others. While corporate initiatives are valuable, personal acts of kindness are equally important.
This could mean providing a meal, offering a small gift, or checking in on someone who may feel alone. You may not fully realise your impact, but it can be transformative for both you and others.

🏃♀️ Engage in regular physical activity, maintain a balanced diet, and ensure adequate rest.
Keep in mind that time flies, and it is important to make the most of your opportunities.

Some individuals experience trauma resulting from adverse events, which may stem from family background, cultural differences, or other factors. Many carry emotional wounds that require healing. When initial pain is not addressed, it can leave a lasting impact on the individual, impairing judgment or leading to heightened suspicion.
I encourage you to reflect inwardly and consider your thoughts and emotions. Strive to renew your mindset and approach others with a positive outlook, reserving judgment until you have sufficient reason. Not all individuals are the same, and it is essential not to let negative past experiences dictate your emotions. Otherwise, your mental health may be adversely affected, leading to long-term dissatisfaction—especially in marriages and other close relationships.

Every significant change brings an in-between period that can feel challenging. You may no longer identify with your past self, yet your future self has not fully emerged. Although this phase often feels uncertain or uncomfortable, it is not without purpose. It is a time of growth, clarity, and preparation for new opportunities. Even if progress is not immediately visible, trust the process and remain steady. Your transformation is underway, and the outcome will make this transition worthwhile.
