Ce înveți?
- Teorie: anatomie, biomecanică, cm să dezvolți un program de antrenament în funcție de client.
- Repertoriul de la saltea şi de pe aparatele de Pilates: reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel, arm chair f2 system, spine corrector cu f2 system.
- Fiecare exercițiu este demonstrat şi analizat separat.

Basi Pilates® Block System:
Creat de fondatorul BASI, Rael Isacowitz, este un sistem de catalogare al sutelor de exerciții din repertoriul Pilates. Astfel exercițiile pot fii așezate într-o secvență logică care asigură o structură antrenamentului. Cu ajutorul acestui sistem putem construi antrenamente care sunt echilibrate, lucrând corpul ca un întreg, astfel se lucrează toate planurile de mișcare, activând toate grupele musculare.
