Today I wanted to talk about a very big problem in my life. CRAVINGS. Every day it's like this : „ One minute, you're innocently going about your day—the next, you're in the clutches of desire. Your object of lust: a chocolate cupcake with buttercream icing. Next thing you know, you're licking frosting off your fingers. „ Gosh !! It's soooo hard ! So i thought about tricking my mind into beliving it's not real. It didn' t work . So i read and read, and here are some tips i wanted to share with u guys. First there are some basic questions u gotta ask : 1. Am I stressed out? 2.Have I been eating less than usual? 3.Am I getting enough sleep? 4. Am I a creature of habit ?. What you need is a plan that stops this natural cycle—and helps prevent unwanted weight gain. This are 3 things that worked for me : - 1- DRINK A GLASS OF WATER instead , 2- SNACK ON PROTEIN AND FIBER and 3 – GO FOR A WALK ! Have you got some other tips? Pls share ! Need help asap!:)
