It took me only 5 minutes to prepare this lunch!πI used yesterday's dinner leftovers (grilled turkey & mushrooms), let cus cus soak for 5 minutes in hot water, added salt, pepper, parsley, chilli flakes, olive oil and that's it! Uncomplicated, healthy and good!πππ

So, summer vacation is over, let's start working out! We get back to our usual schedule: evening workouts on mondays and wednesdays (18.30) and morning workouts on tuesdays and thursdays (7.30 AM) See you at Edelweiss Center, Grigore Alexandrescu street, no 66!
