For Cătălina, Yoga has never been just about movement.
What began as a personal practice during a challenging period of her life became a path of healing, self-discovery, and ultimately, a calling to guide others.

At Arikana, she teaches Yin Yoga - a gentle, slower-paced practice where poses are held for longer, giving the body time to soften, release tension, and gradually build flexibility.

Whether you’re looking to slow down, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with yourself, Yin Yoga offers the space to do just that.
