At the age 12, I started as a volleyball player in Ploiesti,and shortly I have found myself attracted to handball,thanks to which I had experienced wonderful moments full of success and big accomplishments at a professional level.

💥 Am început oficial colaborarea cu ACS OLYMPIC RFH!
🏃♂️ Suntem în plină perioadă de pregătire precompetițională, în cantonamentul de la Câmpina, unde punem accent pe dezvoltarea capacităților fizice de bază — putere aerobă și forță explozivă — pentru a construi o fundație solidă în vederea turului de campionat.
🔍 Condiția fizică a sportivilor la revenirea din vacanță este una foarte bună, semn că programul individual a fost respectat. Este un semnal important că putem merge mai departe cu un volum ridicat de lucru și obiective ambițioase.
🎯 În handbalul modern, pregătirea fizică este baza pe care se construiește totul. O abordare riguroasă în această etapă nu doar că optimizează performanța, dar contribuie semnificativ la prevenția accidentărilor.
🫱 Mă bucur să fac parte din acest proiect și să lucrez alături de un staff dedicat și o echipă cu spirit!
