You run the football for toughness. You run the ball to tell your opponent that you’re as tough as they are. I never get tired of running. The ball ain’t that heavy...
Running, takes balls.
Other sports just play with them.
I think above all else.
At the end of the day, the character of a person matters the most. The deeds they have done, the person that they are, how they treat others, how they treat themselves, their intentions, honesty, and the convictions that they stand by.
Everything else like looks or success matter very little.

Aging is not happening in your skin.
It is happening in your systems.
Specifically four of them:

Working at this hour for me was always a blessing.
Momentele astea târzii sau foarte matinale sunt timpul meu sacru.
Timpul în care îmi fac ordine în gânduri, îmi editez postările, lucrez la manualul de Strength & Conditioning și pun cărămidă peste cărămidă în tot ceea ce construiesc.
Îmi verific programele clienților, progresul lor, modul în care răspund la antrenamente și la viață. Mă rog, mă ancorez, îmi aliniez intențiile și energia.
Pentru că un coach nu doar antrenează — un coach modelează, ajustează, crește și se crește pe sine în același timp.
Disciplina nu se vede doar în sală.
Se vede în orele în care ceilalți dorm, iar tu îți construiești visul cu răbdare și claritate.
