Breaks the rules essential for being healthy. Breakfast, 1. More than an hour after you wake up. 2. Lunch at three to four hours after a meal. Food Stop 3. with three hours before bed! 4. Healthy Snacks should be made between main meals. 5. Hydrated-will correct. 6. It's okay to eat the fruit between meals (snack) and for dessert. Sweet "7." should not be after 17. PM EVER 8. Do daily exercise. 9. Rontaiti between meals. 10. to feed us healthy we must be very informed and careful. How can 11. Avoid Stress!!
Ţine cont de reguli esentiale pentru a fi sanatos .
1. Micul dejun, la cel mult o oră după ce te-ai trezit.
2. Ia prânzul la trei-patru ore după masa de dimineaţă.
3. Stop mâncării cu trei ore înainte de culcare!
4. Gustările sănătoase trebuie puse între mese principale.
5. Hidratati-va corect.
6. Este bine sa mancam fructele intre mese( la gustare) si nu ca desert.
7. ”Dulcele” nu trebuie consumat niciodata d**a ora 17.
8. Faceti zilnic efort fizic.
9. Nu rontaiti intre mese.
10. Pentru a ne putea hrani sanatos trebuie sa fim foarte informati si precauti.
11. Evitati cat puteti stresul !!
ATENTIE !!! Corectati pozitia inainte sa fie prea tarziu !
Am observat foarte multi oameni gresind acest exercitiu. Va rog sa fiti foarte ATENTI si sa corectati greseala astfel sunteti in mare pericol de accidentare !
