This is our last week in this space.
Let’s make it count.
We wanted to give them a good place to move, learn proper mechanics, build healthy habits, and spend time around people and values that could shape them in a good way as they grow up.
We realized something else was happening too.
They became part of the community.
And somehow, the culture started rubbing off on them.
You can see it in the way they approach hard things.
In the way they encourage each other.
In the confidence they build little by little.
In the fact that they’re learning that being uncomfortable is not something to avoid.
And honestly, that’s probably the coolest part.

11 years ago today, we opened the doors of our CrossFit box in Cluj.
We stepped into the unknown with excitement and a deep belief in something powerful—a tool for a better life that we first discovered back in Egypt years before. We didn’t know exactly what would come next, but we were certain of one thing: it would change lives, just as it had changed ours.
Arka quickly became more than a gym. It became home.
Over the years, it filled with memories, challenges, victories, laughter, and—most importantly—people who have become an irreplaceable part of our lives. Looking back today, we feel nothing but gratitude for this journey and for every person who walked through our doors.
We’ve grown since then. We moved into a bigger space, with higher ceilings and even bigger energy—a place full of love, effort, and community. And now, we’re ready for the next chapter.
Another move. Another upgrade. Another opportunity to grow together. And an awaited homecoming in the midst of it all.
We’re excited, grateful, and can’t wait to share the new place and what’s coming next with all of you—our amazing athletes and friends. ❤️

Just a few reminders we think more people need to hear.

It was not just an EMOM.
Your genetics load the gun. Your habits pull the trigger.
That’s where we started our Nutrition Workshop.
Not with “good” or “bad” diets.
Not with opinions or trends.
But with what actually matters:
the habits you build daily,
the environment shaping your choices,
and clear, practical principles you can actually apply.
Nutrition is science. Not a belief system.
And no matter what you believe or prefer, the outcome is driven by one thing:
energy balance — calories in vs. calories out.
Understanding it is easy.
Applying it consistently in real life—that’s the challenge.
That’s what we worked on.
You don’t need 2-hour workouts.
You don’t need the perfect diet.
You don’t need to be extreme.
But you do need consistency.
30 minutes a day. Healthy meals.
Small walks. Small wins. Every day.
Stop searching for the shortcut.
Start doing what actually works.
WE SHOW UP IN COMPETITIONS.
Not for the leaderboard.
Not for the podium.
We show up because this is who we are.
Because competition brings everything to the surface—
the nerves, the doubts, the courage, the grit.
It shows you exactly where you stand… and who you can become.
But more than that—
we show up to be part of something bigger.
And sometimes, showing up doesn’t mean stepping on the floor.
Sometimes it means being there anyway.
Injured, but present.
Not as an athlete, but as a judge, a supporter, a teammate.
Because being part of it matters.
We show up to grow.
We show up to connect.
We show up because we belong here.
