Dear dancing friends,
Unfortunately, no matter how hard we try to postpone this moment, the special situation we are currently in globally due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, we are forced to make the decision we did not want, namely the CANCELLATION of the long-awaited OWTR rescheduled for this weekend -28 Jan.-1 Feb. 2021.
These moments are difficult for each of us and we hope you understand that it was not at all easy to take this decision; but now the health and safety of all of us, our families and all of our guests it's what counts the most.
For the next period we still need your support, patience (a lot) and understanding.
Please pay close attention to the following information:
ALL THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE PURCHASED INDIVIDUALLY OR THROUGH A DANCE SCHOOL, OR A PROMOTER ANY KIND OF PASS AND / OR ACCOMMODATION, WILL RECEIVE THE VALUE OF THE PASS AND / OR ACCOMMODATION THROUGH THE SAME WAY.
In order to return the amount we need the following information to be sent to: [email protected]
!!! The subject of the email should contain:
NAME, FIRST NAME OF PERSON / NAME OF DANCE SCHOOL / NAME OF PROMOTER as appropriate, who wishes to be reimbursed.
!!! Email content should contain:
*NAME, FIRST NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WANTS TO BE REFUND
*NO. of the IBAN ACCOUNT (only if payment was made individually and not through a dance school or promoter)
*THE BANK NAME AND THE ACCOUNT HOLDER (the return can be made to any type of account or also through the Revolut type card).
*How did you purchased the pass / accommodation - please mention one of the following:
a) Individual
b) Dance school leader (name, first name and surname of the person and name of the school)
c) Promoter (name and surname of the person)
!!! For passes / accommodation purchased through a dance school, the necessary information is - SCHOOL LEADER DATA - where the total amount will be sent (IMPORTANT! The return of the amounts is his/hers responsibility), as well as the list of names of people for whom he purchased the pass. / accommodation (mentioned for each case).
!!! For passes / accommodation purchased through a promoter, the necessary information is - PROMOTER DATA - where the amount will be sent (IMPORTANT! The return of the amounts is promoter’s responsibility), and also the list of names of people for whom he/she purchased the passes / accommodation (mentioned for each case).
We know all of us invested time, emotions, energy ... and financially it is a difficult period for all of us. As we said before and you certainly realize, a considerable amount has already been invested to develop this event at a high level as we all wanted, and now without saying too many details, a lot of the investment remains unrecoverable.
For this reason we appeal to your kindness with the following requests:
If you agree to donate a small amount (@10 Euros or as much as you consider - any amount is helpful) of the total amount of the pass / accommodation, please send us this mention in the e-mail with refund dates.
!!! For those who want a full refund, please write this also in the e-mail, and this decision will not have any repercussions on the holder.
This value as donation would help us a lot to reduce the total lost costs and also to reduce the waiting time for the return of the payments already made.
!!!!!! Important:
This process will be a long one, so please be patience and understanding, we want to assure you that every person who paid for the pass / accommodation will be refunded.
Given the fact that with our announcement of the event cancellation, no guarantee is made that third parties (VIPs, airlines, etc.) will return the full amount already paid, any help from you is welcome and we will do our best to avoid major delays.

Dragi prieteni dansatori,
Din nefericire, oricât am încercat să amânăm acest moment, situația specială în care ne aflăm în prezent la nivel global din cauza pandemiei generate de COVID-19, ne vedem obligați să luăm decizia pe care nu ne-o doream și anume ANULAREA mult așteptatului OWTR reprogramat pentru 28 Ian.-1 Feb. 2021.
Dată fiind situația prezentă nu avem deloc certitudinea că restricțiile generale la nivel național vor fi ridicate în următoarea lună și condițiile în care ne-am dori să desfășurăm evenimentul să ne permită să avem un eveniment care să fie pe placul tuturor.
Aceste momente sunt dificile pentru fiecare dintre noi și sperăm că înțelegeți că nu a fost deloc ușor să luăm această decizie; dar acum sănătatea și siguranța noastră a tuturor, a familiilor noastre și a tuturor invitaților noștri primează.
Pentru perioada următoare avem nevoie în continuare de sprijinul, răbdarea (multă ce-i drept) și înțelegerea voastră și vă rugăm să acordați atenție sporită următoarelor informații:
TOȚI CEI CARE AȚI ACHIZIȚIONAT INDIVIDUAL SAU PRIN INTERMEDIUL UNEI ȘCOLI DE DANS, SAU A UNUI PROMOTER ORICE TIP DE PASS și/sau CAZARE, VEȚI PRIMI VALOAREA PASS-ULUI și/sau a CAZĂRII PRIN ACELAȘI MOD.
Pentru a putea returna banii avem nevoie de următoarele informații trimise pe adresa : [email protected]
!!! Subiectul mail-ului să conțina:
*NUMELE, PRENUMELE PERSOANEI/ NUMELE ȘCOLII DE DANS/ NUMELE PROMOTERULUI după caz, care dorește rambursarea.
!!! Conținutul e-mailului să conțină:
* NUMELE, PRENUMELE PERSOANEI CARE DOREȘTE RAMBURSAREA
* NR. CONT IBAN (numai dacă a fost făcută plata individual și nu prin intermediul unei școli de dans sau a unui promoter)
* BANCA ȘI TITULARUL CONTULUI (returnarea se poate face către orice tip de cont sau și prin intermediul cardului de tip Revolut).
* Cum ați achiziționat pass-ul/cazarea ( vă rugăm menționați una dintre variantele următoare:
a) Individual
b) Leaderul școlii de dans (numele, prenumele persoanei și numele școlii)
c) Promoter (numele și prenumele persoanei)
!!! Pentru pass-urile/cazarea achiziționate prin intermediul unei școli de dans, informațiile necesare sunt - DATELE LEADERULUI ȘCOLII - unde vor fi trimiși banii (IMPORTANT! Returnarea lor intră în responsabilitatea acestuia), precum și lista cu numele persoanelor pentru care a achiziționat pass-urile/cazarea (menționat pentru fiecare caz în parte).
!!! Pentru pass-urile/cazarea achiziționate prin intermediul unui promoter, informațiile necesare sunt - DATELE PROMOTERULUI - unde vor fi trimiși banii (IMPORTANT! Returnarea lor intră în responsabilitatea acestuia), precum și lista cu numele persoanelor pentru care a achiziționat pass-urile/cazarea (menționat pentru fiecare caz în parte).
Cu toții am investit timp, emoții, energie... iar financiar e o perioadă dificilă pentru noi toți. Așa cm am mai spus și cu siguranță vă dați seama, a fost investită deja o sumă considerabilă pentru a dezvolta acest eveniment la nivelul la care ne-am dorit cu toții, iar acum e de la sine înțeles că mare parte din investiție rămâne nerecuperabilă.
Din acest motiv apelăm la bunăvoința voastră cu următoarea rugăminte:
* Dacă sunteți de acord să donați o sumă modică, în valoare de 10 Euro sau cât considerațí voi (orice valoare este de ajutor) din cuantumul total al pass-ului/ cazării, vă rugăm sa ne transmiteți acest lucru în e-mail-ul cu datele de rambursare.
!!! Pentru cei care doresc rambursarea integrală, vă rugăm să ne scrieți acest lucru în e-mail, iar aceasta decizie nu va avea niciun fel de repercusiuni asupra titularului.
Această valoare sub formă de donație ne-ar ajuta foarte mult să diminuăm din costurile nerecuperabile și să micșorăm timpul de așteptare pentru returnarea banilor!
!!!!!! Important:
Acest proces va fi unul de durată (apelăm din nou la răbdare (multă) din partea voastră) și dorim să vă asigurăm că fiecărei persoane care a achitat pass-ul/cazarea îi vor fi restituiți banii.
Ținând cont de faptul că odată cu anunțarea anulării evenimentului nu avem, din păcate, nicio garanție că părțile terțe (VIP, companiile aeriene etc.) ne vor returna întreaga sumă achitată deja, orice ajutor din partea voastră e binevenit și vom face tot posibilul să evităm întârzieri majore.
Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere, vă dorim multă sănătate și sperăm să ne revedem cu bine cât mai curând.
