Did you know? 3 of 4 players of the national team of Bulgaria, that won the Balkanic title in 2014 in Bucharest, are former top badminton players! With national titles and also Balkan champions :) Stelian Stankov, Stoil Zhilev and Nicky Angelov played the final with Croatia in the Balkan Squash Team Championships 2014. The fourth player in the team was Konstantin Simeonov. Bulgaria has played two more finals, but was defeated every time by Slovenia in 2012 and 2013!

Croatia, the defending champions, are coming to Timisoara for the 7th edition! Manuel Fistonic, Vedran Svonja, Roko Voncina and Srdan Maksimovic won the final against Slovenia last year in Serbia. Maksimovic was the hero, after winning the last match of the final in the 5th set!
Also, the Croatian women's team, champions in 2014, have entered the tournament.
Who will be next? Bulgaria, Slovenia, Greece, Macedonia or Turkey?
