Une capture historique !

Lors d’un séjour en Sibérie, Matthew Sloat a établi le potentiel nouveau record mondial du taïmen (Hucho taimen) avec ce poisson de 45,8 kg (101 livres) pris et relâché le 21 septembre 2018 sur la rivière Tugur. Il lui a fallu 20 minutes pour échouer le poisson qui avait attaqué sa mouche, une imitation d’ombre ! Le record All-Tackle actuel est actuellement de 41,95 kilos.

Matthew Sloat potentially set the new All-Tackle world record for taimen (Hucho taimen) with this 45.8-kilogram (101-pound) fish that he caught and released on September 21, 2018 while fishing Russia's Tugur River. Dr. Sloat was fly fishing and needed only 20 minutes to land the fish after it ate the custom grayling fly he was casting. The current All-Tackle world record currently stands at 41.95 kilograms (92 pounds, 8 ounces).
