Noone supports me! Tips on how to overcome it.

You've started working on something, started new job, hobby, found a partner, want to move, etc.

And you share your news with your friends/family..
They say:

- I don't think it's a good idea
- It's a bad decision you are making
- I care about you, that's why I'm against it
- I know better, don't make mistake
- It won't happen
- You can't do it

What else have you heard from your loved ones? Share in comments.

It's normal that you'd feel sad, angry, abandoned. And probably you'd start even doubting if your choice is the right one.

So, here is what you can do to keep yourself motivated.
(Don't loose these tips - save and share the post!)

1. First of all, just try to understand the reason why they act this way. Most likely they really care about you and don't want you to feel sad.
This understanding will help you calm down your nerves and be more reasonable.

2. Think, why whatever they say bothers you. Probably there is something about your decision you are not sure about? Analize everything thoroughly. Make sure it is YOUR desicion and it's something you really want.

3. Learn how you can support yourself. Celebrate small steps achieved. It will give you more confidence.

4. Find someone who will support you. Groups on social media, events, forums, chats etc. Believe me there are people with the same ideas out there and they will be happy to share there experience with you and boost your confidence.

5. Don't share anything with non-supporters, unless you achieved something really big and meaningful. Only then they will understand what you've been working for.

6. There is one person that can definitely support you, will never judge and will be on your side no matter what - your coach. Try session to get a partner and grow your potential.

You can’t change anything!

What to do if it seems like it.

First of all, calm down. It’s very important to act with clear mind, and it can only be clear when it’s not fogged by fear and anxiety.

Coaching teaches to be responsible, so think what YOU are responsible for?
For yourself, kids, parents? For your budget, for your good life, etc…

Now remember, what depends on you?
What can you do for everything you are responsible for?
What are the steps you have to take in order to be sure, that you’ve done everything you could?

Think about what doesn’t depend on you!
Don’t judge yourself for something you just don’t have a power to change.

It’s very important to be clear, remember the facts you can operate with, understand where you are in this given moment and plan ahead.

And please, stay calm 🙏🏻

I’m so tired.

I wish someone could got into my brain, clean everything, put all my thoughts in the right order, and lighten up my priorities!

I wish someone could be my extra head, to help me understand what I really want.

I wish I could get rid of my laziness and start doing what I like.

I wish I could realize what I want!

I need to feel proud of myself, I wish I could talk to someone, who could make me feel that.

I wish I could speak with myself, and make some decisions.

I wish I could speak with someone who won’t judge and won’t give me any unwanted advise.

I wish someone could just ask me some questions, that would help me think deeply with myself.

You're aiming for the wrong stuff!

Imagine if someone came up to you and said this phrase: “What you are striving for is not what you really want!”

What would you feel? Fear, anger? Or maybe joy and relief?
Write in comments 🤓

You’ve been trying to get a prestigious position, move to another country, get along with your soulmate, save up for a fashionable bag, etc...

And it’s okay, if you were at the beginning of this path! Then if it's not yours it would be easier to quit.

And here, this smarty came up when you had already started training / applied for a visa / were 2 years in a relationship / saved up half and did not eat for 2 months.

So much has been already done, you have to continue, … right?

…or not?

Is it worth striving for what is not yours? Convince yourself that you will eventually like it?

Or should you quit and find something that REALLY gives you pleasure?

To be honest, my life wasnt always so bright and shiny as it is now. Actually about 1,5 years ago it was completely different than now.
I was angry, offended, i though that everyone owes me...

I was always expecting something from people and thought that everything should go with some certain perfect scenario, but what was that scenario? I also didn't know.
I wasn't responsible for my life, for my actions.
Sounds bad, huh?..

I can say it now, cause I finally realized that. I freaking found that root of my problems and thanks to coaching I can always stop and think about where I am and who I am in this given moment of time!
