Вчера я приняла участие в Конгрессе по Детской Реабилитации в Центре детской психоневрологии #нпцдп , модерировала секцию по адаптивному спорту👩‍🏫
Мой доклад был посвящён особенностям классификации детей в спорте👶🏻☀️

Считаю, что чем раньше ребенку будет обоснованно установлен спортивный класс в том или ином виде адаптивного спорта, тем лучше для его спортивной карьеры🥇🏆😊

Сегодня моим чудесным племянникам исполнилось по 15 лет!!!👫 Я от души поздравляю их с Днём рождения!!! 🥳🥳🥳
Мне посчастливилось первой взять их на руки в стенах #роддомснегирева в #петербург ☺️ А потом мы всю ночь пели песни под гитару с папашей, обалдевшим от счастья и от «двойни», с любимым дядей .x.kush , отмечающим второй месяц свой 45-летний юбилей😉, с братом🎸 и с еще одной сегодняшней именинницей , которую я тоже поздравляю с днём рождения!!!😘

Я очень рада тому, что Рустам и Кариночка растут искренними, открытыми миру, добрыми и порядочными людьми, за что благодарю их родителей и 💐💐💐

Вчера я провела образовательный семинар для пловцов, выезжающих на Паралимпийские Игры в Токио👩‍🏫

Сборная команда по плаванию ПОДА для меня много значит❤️✨ Мое удивительное путешествие в мире Паралимпийского спорта началось именно с этой командой в далеком 2007 году☺️ #плаваниепода

Participants from around the world have started to arrive in 🇵🇱 for WADA’s Fifth World Conference on doping in sport.

WADA is set to welcome over 1,500 members of the global anti-doping community over the next three days to take stock of the evolution of clean sport over the last 20 years.

The Russian Paralympic Committee successfully held the first Anti-Doping Forum for Young Para Athletes!🥇
Most of all I am happy that children actively participated in all Forum events - they played volleyball sitting, table tennis, golbol, answered on the questions of the WADA quiz, discussed sports values ​​during the interactive anti-doping lecture of WADA expert, fought for victory in the educational game "Brain-ring" and left us happy, with new knowledge and confidence about the need to compete and win honestly! 🏆
Thanks to all RPC team as well as colleagues from RUSADA for a perfectly organized party for future Paralympic athletes!!!🎉

Last week I attended in three-days IPC Medical Committee meeting in Bonn, Germany. I am grateful to my colleagues on the IPC Medical Committee for the productive and interesting meeting, during which we've reviewed different issues related to the medical care of Paralympic athletes, including prevention of injury and illness in Para athletes, athlete education in protecting his or her health, Games operations in the medical area and different research projects, such as Shoulder Study etc.
