Nasty weather makes me think of summer days and fun past events.🌻 World Cup, crazy fans, heat, countryside, Suzdal Golden Ring ultra trail, Moscow festivals, pumpkin decorations, Moscow marathon… Russia’s great!🧡 Those who have been hesitating whether to come to Moscow Marathon or not, now must definitely come to a right conclusion. This year there were more than 30 thousand participants from 92 countries. Now there is one more reason to get registered for Moscow Marathon 2019. This year it was included into the top list of international marathon races by AIMS, Association of International Marathons and Distance Races, and taking part in Moscow Marathon will bring you not only happiness from your new records and achievements but it will also allow you to get running points and points for AbbottWMM. 😎

天気が悪くなってしまって、夏の日の思い出が浮かんだのです。W杯、おかしいファンたち、厚さ、田舎の景色、スーズダリのGRUT（Golden Ring Ultra Trail）ウルトラ、モスクワの祭り、カボチャの装飾、モスクワのマラソンなだなどです。ロシアはすごいですね😉 モスクワのマラソンに参加しようとしている選手たちはもちろん正しい決意をするようになると思います。今年、92国から3万人以上の選手が参加しました。そして、今年からモスクワのマラソンに登録する理由がもう一つあります。今年、モスクワのマラソンはインターナショナルのマラソンの検定を受けました🤸😊 参加することや新しい記録からの幸せだけでなく、走るポイントとAbbottWMMのポイントももらえるようになりました。

Hello from autumn Moscow! 🍁 I apologize for not publishing anything for a long time😔, but it turned out that September is really full of work and different events, so let me summarize some news for you😊

✔️ First of all, Moscow is ready for its "Moscow Seasons”🌾 festivals, and the city looks sunny and orange even on rainy days. By the way, don't confuse it with the preparations for Halloween.

✔️ Then, on the 23rd of September Moscow Marathon 🏃took place. It's an annual event that has achieved a new level this time☝️ More details in my next post about it.

✔️ And one more interesting event for trail lovers "Breakfast for GRUT friends" 😋 (GRUT – Golden Ring Ultra Trail) on September, 29th became a nice ending of this first chapter of autumn. I dived into this warm atmosphere created by GRUT team, and I’ll be eager to share some of it with you in another post.

秋のモスクワからのこんにちは！😉 長い間に何も投稿しなくてごめんなさい🙏 9月は仕事でも、イベントでも忙しくなってしまいました。これから、9月のまとめをします😎

🔸最初、モスクワは秋の祭りの装飾になって、すごく素敵な町になりました🍁 ところで、このようなカボチャの飾りはハロウェインではないのです。

🔸次に、9月23日はモスクワのマラソンが行われました。毎年あるレースで、今回は新しい段階に発達しました。別の投稿で詳しくご案内します 😉

🔸そして、9月29日はもう一つの面白いイベントがありました。「GRUTの友達の朝食」😍 というウルトラマンの選手のためのイベントです。(GRUT – Golden Ring Ultra Trail)。また、次の投稿でご案内します。

For the first time in my life l saw a hawk in the Moscow Kremlin! 🦅 And the officer, who holds it, also looks cool😎 I even wonder what was more impressive for my Japanese guests😆

The World Cup ⚽ is over, and we are going to miss it! 😢 A whole month of fun, festivity🔥and friendliness! 💮 Millions of visitors to Russia and tons of impressions!🎇 This was a great time to remember for life!

Russia 🇷🇺 is proud to have hosted such an event, and all of us are proud of our team that has overcome itself and made it to the 1/4. It's also a victory! 🤗👏

Weekends are here! 😀 Time to have fun! This Sunday (i.e. tomorrow, July, the 10th) is the day of a fun colourful 🎆 race in Moscow. Thousands of participants are going to run bright 5 km and get tons of rainbow-like emotions 🌈

If you haven't registered for it yet, you can do it tomorrow near the Palace of Sports "Megasport ". Ready, steady, go! 🏃
