On Saturday, May 17, we joined the Inzuki Football Academy Cup held at Cercle Sportif, Kigali, and our young talents delivered an amazing performance!

Tournament to Remember the Genocide Against the Tutsi - Highlights
Over two days at Pele Stadium in Nyamirambo, our players gave it their all:
*U-16 Boys
vs Shinning Football Academy

*Girls Team
vs Forever Girls FC (Division 1)
●: 0-1
Despite the loss, our girls impressed! So much so that APR Girls requested three of our players — Sano, Immacule, and Magnific — to join them in the final👏🏾

Special Event – Vamos Football
which involved lifting and bouncing the ball with one hand. One of our players, Edison, won the prize in that event👏🏾

Urubuto Community Youth Cup
In the final match of the tournament, our team faced the APR Youth Girls. Rujugiro AprFc Kumutima MumarasoDespite our best efforts, we were defeated with a final score of 3-0. As a result, we finished as the runner-up and proudly secured 2nd place in the tournament🥈👏🏾

The “Urubuto Community Youth Cup” was held with sponsorship from the Bank of Kigali, organized by FAPA (the Former Amavubi Players Association), in partnership with FERWAFA and the Rwanda Premier League.
Sixteen well-known academies from Kigali City participated, and this marked the tournament’s second edition.
In the final, the Bayern Munich Academy defeated APR 3-0 to claim the championship. Our team secured third place by beating Intare 2-0 in the third-place match🥉
