Workout tryouts: warm up: jumping rope 1 min, walking lunges 1 min, jumping rope in squat position 1 min, deep squats 1 min, jumping rope 1 min repeat for three rounds.
Workout: power lunges with jump switches alternating legs, choose a core workout from the workout album for 1 min, jump squats 45 sec, core workout from the album 1 min, burpees 1 min, core workout from album 1 min, floor sprints 1 min, push ups maximum reps 45 sec its ok to take breaks. repeat the workout circuit for 4 rounds!
