ITALIAN TUNA & CORN SALAD
INGREDIENTS
95g canned tuna in water
50g canned corn kernels
40g cherry tomatoes
70g rocket
20ml balsamic vinegar
20ml olive oil
pinch Himalayan salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, add the rocket leaves, corn, cherry tomatoes, and tuna
Separately combine the dressing ingredients.
Dress the salad and serve
