يسعدني جدًا أن أكون واحدة من المساهمين في كتاب "بوصلة النجاح"... كتاب يجمع أكثر من 100 رسالة وتجربة حقيقية، هدفها أن تصل إلى الشباب وتقول لهم: لسنا مضطرين أن نتعلم كل شيء بالطريقة الصعبة.

لطالما كنت مؤمنة بأن الشهادة تفتح الأبواب، لكن الخبرة هي التي تعلّمنا كيف نعبرها. ومهما تعلم الإنسان وقرأ، يبقى جزء كبير من التعلم لا يكتمل إلا بتجارب من سبقوه. فحين تنتقل الخبرة من جيل إلى جيل، فإننا لا ننقل معلومات فقط، بل نختصر أعوامًا من المحاولات، والأخطاء، والدروس، ونمنح غيرنا فرصة ليبدأ من مكان أفضل.

أشعر بالامتنان لأنني كنت جزءًا من هذا العمل، وأؤمن أن أثره لن يقف عند صفحات الكتاب، بل سيمتد إلى كل قارئ يجد فيه فكرة تغيّر نظرته، أو كلمة تمنحه الثقة، أو تجربة تلهمه أن يواصل طريقه. فالمعرفة عندما تُشارك... تنمو، ويكبر أثرها مع كل من يؤمن بها وينقلها لغيره.

كل الشكر والتقدير إلى جمعية الإداريين البحرينية (BMS Bahrain) على هذه المبادرة الجميلة، وعلى كل الجهد والتنظيم الذي بُذل حتى يرى هذا الكتاب النور. والشكر موصول لكل من شارك بخبرته وقلمه، لأن أجمل ما يمكن أن نتركه بعدنا... هو أثرٌ طيب، ومعرفةٌ ينتفع بها غيرنا.

فخورون جدًا بأن نكون جزءًا من هذا الأثر، ونسأل الله أن ينفع به كل من يقرأه، وأن يكون بدايةً لقصص نجاح كثيرة بإذن الله. 🌿

وأخيرًا، لا يسعني إلا أن أتقدم بخالص الشكر والامتنان لكل من شاركني فرحة إطلاق هذا الكتاب.

إلى أهلي وأصدقائي الأعزاء... حضوركم كان أجمل هدية، ومشاركتكم لي هذه اللحظة جعلت فرحتي أكبر وأعمق. وجودكم يعني لي الكثير، وسيبقى ذكرى جميلة أعتز بها دائمًا.

It was a pleasure delivering the Analytical Thinking and Decision Support workshop for the team at STC Bank over 2 days on 10th & 11th June 2026.

The participants demonstrated a high level of focus, commitment, and engagement throughout the program. What stood out most was how quickly they connected the concepts to real situations from their current roles, turning discussions into practical insights and actionable learning.

Seeing participants apply analytical thinking and decision-support tools to workplace challenges is always one of the most rewarding parts of the learning journey.

My sincere thanks to the team at STC Bank for their active participation and positive energy, and a special thank you to GrowthWave for their continuous support, excellent coordination, and professionalism in making the program a success.

Wishing everyone continued success as they put these skills into practice and make even stronger decisions in their professional journeys.

It was a pleasure delivering the Customer Service for Special Needs workshop for the Flynas cabin crew.

What made this experience truly special was the enthusiasm, engagement, and positive energy of the participants. Their willingness to learn, share experiences, ask thoughtful questions, and explore ways to better support passengers with diverse needs created an inspiring learning environment throughout the program.

It is always rewarding to work with professionals who are genuinely committed to delivering service with empathy, respect, and inclusion. The discussions were meaningful, the participation was outstanding, and I enjoyed every moment of the journey with this exceptional group.

A special thank you to for their excellent coordination and support in making this workshop a success, and to Flynas for investing in inclusive customer service and continuous learning.

سعدتُ بالمشاركة في ملتقى المدربين ومستقبل التدريب، هذه الليلة الاستثنائية التي جمعت نخبة من المدربين بخبراتهم المتنوعة ومستوياتهم المختلفة تحت سقف واحد. كان اللقاء مساحة حقيقية للتواصل وتبادل الأفكار، وتجسيداً لقوة مجتمع التدريب عندما يجتمع على هدف واحد: التعلم المستمر والتطوير.
الحوارات الثرية والبرامج النوعية عكست حجم الإمكانات الموجودة في قطاع التدريب، وأكدت أن قوة المدربين لا تكمن فقط في خبراتهم الفردية، بل في قدرتهم على التعاون، وبناء شبكات تواصل فاعلة، وصناعة فرص نمو مشتركة.
مثل هذه اللقاءات تفتح آفاقاً جديدة لمستقبل التدريب في مملكة البحرين، وتمنحنا طاقة أكبر للاستمرار في التعلم والعطاء والارتقاء بهذا المجال.

It was a pleasure meeting with Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa the Director General of IPA ( Institute of Public Administration), together with fellow trainers, in a friendly and welcoming gathering.
We took the opportunity to thank them for their continued support and dedication, and to have an open conversation about ideas and possibilities for future collaboration.
Moments like these remind us how meaningful partnership and shared purpose are in building impactful learning experiences.

Just finished a 2-day RCA workshop in Jubail with Ma’aden’s great team.
Lots of learning, lots of laughs, and plenty of “aha” moments.
Always a pleasure to work with people who are eager to grow.
