سعدتُ بالمشاركة في ملتقى المدربين ومستقبل التدريب، هذه الليلة الاستثنائية التي جمعت نخبة من المدربين بخبراتهم المتنوعة ومستوياتهم المختلفة تحت سقف واحد. كان اللقاء مساحة حقيقية للتواصل وتبادل الأفكار، وتجسيداً لقوة مجتمع التدريب عندما يجتمع على هدف واحد: التعلم المستمر والتطوير.
الحوارات الثرية والبرامج النوعية عكست حجم الإمكانات الموجودة في قطاع التدريب، وأكدت أن قوة المدربين لا تكمن فقط في خبراتهم الفردية، بل في قدرتهم على التعاون، وبناء شبكات تواصل فاعلة، وصناعة فرص نمو مشتركة.
مثل هذه اللقاءات تفتح آفاقاً جديدة لمستقبل التدريب في مملكة البحرين، وتمنحنا طاقة أكبر للاستمرار في التعلم والعطاء والارتقاء بهذا المجال.

It was a pleasure meeting with Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa the Director General of IPA ( Institute of Public Administration), together with fellow trainers, in a friendly and welcoming gathering.
We took the opportunity to thank them for their continued support and dedication, and to have an open conversation about ideas and possibilities for future collaboration.
Moments like these remind us how meaningful partnership and shared purpose are in building impactful learning experiences.

Just finished a 2-day RCA workshop in Jubail with Ma’aden’s great team.
Lots of learning, lots of laughs, and plenty of “aha” moments.
Always a pleasure to work with people who are eager to grow.

Just finished delivering a 9-day Train the Trainer course to a team that was truly a joy to work with. Their enthusiasm, openness, and hunger to learn made every day meaningful.
I’m genuinely proud of each one of them… and so happy to see them stepping into their roles with confidence.
Watching them grow and get ready to fly as trainers has been one of the highlights of this journey. ✨💪

تشرفتُ بإدارة حوارٍ ثريّ ومُلهم ضمن مبادرة "Pulse"، حيث ناقشنا أهمية أدوات الكوتشينج في أماكن العمل. وقد كان ذلك بالتعاون المثمر بين فرع البحرين للكوتشينج (ICF Bahrain Chapter) وجمعية البحرين لإدارة الموارد البشرية.

وقد أثرى الحوار نخبة من المتحدثين المتميزين:

الأستاذة أميرة معيوف: سلّطت الضوء على كيفية معالجة التحديات في بيئة العمل والاحتراق الوظيفي باستخدام أدوات الكوتشينج، وكيف يمكن لهذه الأدوات أن تكون داعمة للقادة والمديرين.

الأستاذة سوسن ميرزا: ركزت على دور الموظف في بيئة العمل السامة، وأهمية علاقته بذاته، وكيفية تحديد الأدوار التي يلعبها في محيطه المهني.

What an absolute blast we had diving into the world of effective budgeting and cost control! It was more than just a training; it was a room buzzing with curiosity, laughter, and those "aha!" moments that make my job so incredibly rewarding. We crunched numbers, brainstormed brilliant ideas, and definitely had our fair share of fun along the way.

Getting to spend time with your team was truly insightful – I learned so much about the incredible work your huge company does. Your enthusiasm was infectious, and seeing how quickly you all grasped new concepts, ready to put them into action, was just fantastic. The feedback has been amazing, and honestly, seeing that spark of learning in your eyes made my day.

A massive shout-out to for providing this incredible opportunity. And a huge thanks to every single one of you for bringing your awesome energy and making this course such a memorable experience for me too!
