Tough one today. Samacom CC chased down 176 in the final over to beat us by 3 wickets at RCA-4.

Credit to Samacom — Asif Butt's 45 and an unbeaten 50 from Mohammed Hasham got them home in a match that went the distance.

For us, Asim Hafeez top-scored with 55 off 41 balls, Yassir Maqbool held the middle order together with 34, and Muzaffar Majeed announced himself with a rapid 21 off just 10 balls on his first outing in green.

Cricket is a game of days. We take the lessons, we come back stronger.

Friday we play against samacom again. RCA-4, toss 6am.

This is our toughest fixture, not our easiest. 14 times since 2022, 4 of them finals, we have won 3. Every meeting has been close - 1 run, 4 runs, 6 runs, 9 runs, three and five wicket finishes. Last time we won by 39.

10-4 head to head. Number looks comfortable, the games never are.
