Today is the last day of 2025.
And I want to share a real experience that might resonate with many of you.
Earlier this year, a professional reached out to me.
His medical reports were not encouraging, and he genuinely wanted to improve his health.
We spoke briefly.
Life got busy.
Work took over.
And eventually, he declined my offer.
Instead of pushing, I sent him four simple questions:
1️⃣ What made you reply after viewing the offer?
2️⃣ Are you satisfied with your current level of fitness?
3️⃣ What is the main reason for your answer above?
4️⃣ Do you see yourself working with a trainer in the future — and for how long?
Those questions made him pause.
He reflected.
He replied.
That conversation led us to reconnect — and today, he is committed to a 4-month coaching journey.
👉 This post is not about closing a client.
It’s about something deeper.
If we’re honest, most of us are not truly satisfied with our fitness.
Starting is rarely the problem.
Consistency is.
Between work, family, stress, and responsibilities, staying accountable becomes extremely difficult — until someone is there to guide, support, and follow up consistently.
As we step into 2026, ask yourself:
Are you happy with where your health is right now?
And if not… how long will you keep postponing it?
I’ll leave you with that thought.
✨ Wishing you all a very Happy New Year

You inspire people around you. It seems like a very simple thought yet those around you do notice! They get inspiration from you, they might not express it but your actions towards your health and fitness are having a positive effect on them.
For a parent in his/her 40s, having a positive outlook has lasting impacts on their family.
Stay strong, keep pushing forward!

A lot of people above 40 years of age avoid lifting weights due to fear of injury. They resort to steady state cardio (walk and jog). The reality is quite different though. Walk and Jogging are good for cardiovascular health, however, resistance/weight training is mandatory for muscular fitness.
As a fitness professional, I help individuals above 40 years of age achieve consistency with their fitness routines.

Transformation always begins from inside the human body and then appears outside in the form of muscle gain and fat loss.
