Trump Shares AI Video About Kharg Island

US President Donald Trump shared an AI-generated video claiming that Iran’s Kharg Island had been “blown to smithereens.”

An Iranian official mocked the post, calling Trump’s claim laughable.

A 17-year-old girl from North Carolina has been charged with helping in the May 18 shooting at a mosque in San Diego, California, in which three people were killed.
A grand jury in North Carolina accused the girl of helping the attack by recording and sharing a live video of the shooting.
Forsyth County District Attorney Jim O’Neill said officials decided to charge her under North Carolina state law because she can be tried as an adult there.
If she is found guilty, she could face life in prison without parole under North Carolina law. Federal charges, on the other hand, could result in a sentence of around three to four years.

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF), visited Türkiye and held several important meetings in Istanbul.

During his visit, he separately met Prince Khalid bin Salman, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defence; Hakan Fidan, Türkiye’s Minister of Foreign Affairs; Yaşar Güler, Türkiye’s Minister of National Defence; and General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Chief of the Turkish General Staff.

The meetings focused on matters of mutual interest, defence cooperation between the countries, and the regional security situation.

Field Marshal Asim Munir also attended a meeting of the Strategic Political and Defence Committee under the Makkah Agreement for Joint Defence, which includes Pakistan, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia. The three countries discussed ways to improve strategic coordination and strengthen defence cooperation.

The meetings showed the strong brotherly relations and growing strategic and defence cooperation between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye.
