Today the team say goodbye to Morocco. Felix, Purdey and the service team are approaching the port, and Marcella and are are ready to leave by plane after a brief visit to Errachidia and Marrakech. This has been one hell of a rally, with a lot of lessons learned, and despite our issues, we are leaving in a positive frame of mind. We will be back stronger!

Aujourd’hui, l’équipe dit au revoir au Maroc. Felix, Purdey et l’équipe de service approchent du port, et Marcella et sont prêts à partir en avion après une brève visite à Errachidia et Marrakech. Cela a été un sacré rallye, avec beaucoup de leçons apprises, et malgré nos problèmes, nous partons dans un état d’esprit positif. Nous reviendrons plus forts!

Rallye du Maroc has been a tough event not just for us but for all the crews competing. But it has also been a valuable one in terms of learning and gaining experience. While we have an unforseen new challenge ahead, to get Purdey back on form, it gives us an opportunity to make significant improvements too. The important thing to remember is that its not what happens that matters, it’s how you grow from it that will make the difference. Thanks to all our partners and followers for their support.

Le Rallye du Maroc a été un événement difficile non seulement pour nous, mais pour tous les équipages en compétition. Mais cela a également été précieux en termes d’apprentissage et d’acquisition d’expérience. Bien que nous ayons un nouveau défi imprévu à relever, remettre Purdey en forme, cela nous donne également l’occasion d’apporter des améliorations significatives. La chose importante à retenir est que ce n’est pas ce qui se passe qui compte, c’est la façon dont vous en sortirez qui fera la différence. Merci à tous nos partenaires et abonnés pour leur soutien.

The news this morning from the Zagora bivouac is not what we hoped. Purdey’s engine is seized so our rally is over. You couldn’t script it ……but as we always say, you can’t fully prepare for a rally because there is no script. And if it was wast everyone would be doing it.
