It is with great sadness that we learnt of the tragic passing away of the captain of St Mary's U18 Girls School Soccer Team, Hannah Ali, who took her own life on Friday 20th May 2022.
Hannah led her school team to finish in 2nd place and was awarded the prestigous golden boot award in the 2021 Season. She also played in the Senior Womens Premier League with Ha'arosia FC.
This was a promising player whose life and football career has ended so unexpectedly.
Condolences to her family, friends, school mates and team mates both at St Marys and Ha'arosia FC. Rest in love and peace ✝🕊
